Shadow the Darkness Robot has assumed control of the once ruined areas of old Robotropolis as is the new arch enemy of the Freedom Fighters. To aid in his conquest, a whole new model of mecha minions had be created to use at his disposal: The Shroudbot. Just like it's predecessor the SWATbot, Shadow has thousands of them built to hunt down the FFs. Equipped with abilities such as laser claws, body heat sensors, and above all high-speed flight, they have proven to be far more ruthless and deadly than the old armies they used to face...
