I tend to comment with the title's phrase on at least 90 percent of all the witch-based pieces I see. And I'm not even that much of an Eagles fan. 
With all the pics I see every year of Rouge in witch-y attire, I'm surprised I've yet to see one of her based on her SA2 witch costume style. Well, it just looked appealing enough for me to wanna give it a go. ^_^
